As our products are real flowers and each arrangement is made to order we are unable to accept returns or offer store credit. All sales are final, and no refunds or store credit will be issued.

Has your order arrived damaged?

In the case that your order has been damaged during the shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please provide your order number and include pictures of the damaged item. We will provide a return label for you and our florist will create a new arrangement and send it back to you within 1-2 days.

Please place the item in the original packaging so that will arrive back to us safely. We cannot provide a replacement back till the original arrangement has been returned to us.
