At Vallée des Roses, every arrangement is handcrafted to order in our Mayfair studio to ensure your preserved roses arrive in perfect condition and last as beautifully as possible in your home.

Shipment processing time

Each arrangement is made to order to maintain the highest quality and freshness.

We prepare and package every creation with care before handing it to one of our trusted delivery partners.

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, and most are shipped within 1–2 working days.

For specific shipping requirements such as chosen day delivery please contact us for more information and we would be happy to help.

Delivery Options

• London: Same-day delivery available for orders placed before 18:00, delivered by 19:00.

• UK Nationwide: Standard delivery within 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Every arrangement is carefully packaged in our signature Vallée des Roses gift box to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will let you know by email when your order has been processed and shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Vallée des Roses is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
